Off to school

This year we decided that we were going to put Aislinn back into moms day out (In Texas its a part time preschool program..usually offered by local churches. The kids go 2 days a week from 9-2 for 1/4 of what typical daycare costs) One of Bayleigh's babysitters had introduced us to the concept when Bayleigh was 1 and with the exception of last year we had her in ever since. Since I am in school too (trying to finish my degree I started 11 years ago) we decided this would be a great chance to put her back in. It gives me a break and gives Aisy a chance to learn and interact with other people.

Since Bayleigh started school 2 weeks ago Aislinn was DYING to go too....she asked every day if we were going to "her kool". She would brag to her sissy that she got to go to her own school and all the things she was going to get to do. Aislinn is nothing like her sister when it comes to starting new things. Bayleigh was always reserved and had a hard time warming up (I know I know apple doesn't fall far from the tree) but Aisy...not at all. When we walked into school it took her about 5 seconds to let go of my leg and run off...I barely got a "bye mom" out of her. She loves her teacher and comes home and tells me all about her day. She is getting so big!
